Danny's Testimony and Call

     My name is Danny Vaughn.  God has called my wife, Renea, sons, Benjamin and Samuel, daughter, Grace and I to be church planting missionaries to the State of Idaho.

     I was born in the state of California with no religious background.

But in 1990, I joined the military and through the providence of God, I was stationed at Fort Campbell, KY.  I was only six hours from where my dad was born in the state of Virginia.  I went to visit his family and one of his brothers took me to a Baptist Church where I heard the Gospel for the first time and was saved on August the 13^th of 1993.  My wife was saved, June 28^th of 1998 and God called me to preach in March of 1999.

     After I was called to preach I prayed that God would send me some where, where the Gospel is not preached.  I then took a survey trip out west, with Dr. Allen Barker.  There Brother Barker showed us the great need for independent Baptist churches in several Western states.  While on this trip God burdened my heart for the state of Idaho, and on my return I surrendered to go.  I graduated Bible College in June of 2003.  And since been working toward the goal of getting to Idaho as

soon as possible.

     Please pray that God will continue to open doors and we will stay true to His commission on our lives.
