Praise
The Lord has been so good to us while as we travel on deputation, that we could not even begin to explain it all. In the months of March and April, we have been in four different states and several churches. In each church, we have had the opportunity to share with them what the Lord has called us to do.

In the past two months, we have had several more churches to take us on for support. Each supporting church puts us that much closer to getting to Louisiana. Thank God for the following churches that have voted to take us on for support in the past two months. Many of the other churches that we have been in have promised to prayerfully consider making us a part of their mission family.

• Emmanuel Baptist Church - Belmont, MS

While we were in Belmont, MS, I had the privilege of preaching in children’s church. After the message, I was talking with a young man named Bradley. I asked him if he wanted to be saved and he told me “I don’t even know what that means.” It reminded me of the great need of the Gospel to reach many that have never heard. Bradley, along with four others, made a profession of faith that day.

Prayer Requests
We do have several prayer requests that we would appreciate your help in praying about. First of all, please continue to pray for our safety while we are on the road. Also pray that as we continue to go into churches and share our burdens, the eyes of the people of God would be opened for the great need of the Gospel in southern Louisiana.

Please help us pray that we would soon be able to go full-time on deputation. We know that when we are able to do this, it will help the support to come much faster. Please pray that more churches will be able to take us on for support so that we can do this. Help us pray that we will also be able to fill our calendar for the remainder of the year. We still have several open dates that need to be filled.

We are still praying for a video projector that we could use with our lap top to share a video presentation. These are expensive. Help us pray that the Lord will provide us with one so that we may use it to better share our burden.
