Church Planters in Arizona

Greetings once again from the White Mountains of Arizona & Hello in the name of Christ. David in the Psalms gives us a wonderful thought, “For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee” I am glad that the Lord is never to busy to listen to us. When we have a prayer request that is heavy upon our hearts, and weighs us down, we can simply go to the throne room of God. He always awaits to hear our voices. What a privilege that is ours to enjoy.

The past few weeks we have seen a lot of visitors. People from the community have been coming. A blessing is that many of these are still coming. We had our missions conference with Dr. Dean Hamby . The messages each night were such a blessing to us. And then a few weeks later we had our first revival meeting with Pastor: Kevin Broyhill. The messages each night was right on target and a blessing to each of our hearts. The church people were enormously blessed. God is moving in our church people life’s. Our burden is to see our people get a greater burden for this area. The Vernon area is growing with new families. Once a family moves in we try to visit them immediately .

I know God is opening doors, because of some response we have received. Some of the questions I have been asked recently have astounded me. Yet I realize people are only asking to be certain of our belief in Christ. So many people are looking for something to get peace from. When we have the privilege we share the testimony of our salvation. The Lord is in the soul saving business.

We are still preparing to build on three class rooms for Sunday School. One Sunday we had 12 kids in a 10x10 room which is also used for the nursery. So with the nursery furniture, there is even less space. We need more Sunday School space. Would ask you to be praying that, the need for the finance’s would be met concerning this need.

The family is doing fine. Sandy has been extremely busy with the garden & canning. The garden is mostly gone now, but still have some things to can and put up. The kids are back in school now. We have two in high school. Nathanael is in 12th & Michelle is in 9th. Michelle is in her 7th year of piano now and very dedicated to playing the piano. Both Michelle & Nathanael are taking violin this year as a credit for their schooling. With home schooling and church activities Sandy stays very busy. Please be in prayer for my mom, Mary Quintana whom lives in N.C. she just had a stroke this past Sunday.

We want each of you to know we greatly appreciate all your prayers and for your financial support toward the ministry here in the White Mountains. Each of you have a special part in this ministry. May the Lord bless each of you and continue to pray for the Quintana family.

Special thanks for birthday cards received for Michelle.

Yours in Christ,

The Quintana Family
