Church Planters in Arizona

Dear Pastor & Friends,

Greetings in the name of Christ. Paul in the book of Romans, states “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” God never asks anything beyond reason. We live in a society of no commitment. Though as a believer we owe everything to God. Our time, talents, all that we can do for Him. Praise the Lord for the opportunity to serve him. We can never do enough to repay what he gave for us, His precious, only begotten son, the Lord Jesus.

Church News
We have had a number of visitors in the past few weeks. Seems like people stop by to just see what is going on, a lot of people just curious and other’s who show a true interest in the church. We always do a follow up visit on our visitors. Our prayer is that they will come back to visit again. This month we had Bro. Roger Mullins & his family with us. They are with Craftsmen for Christ. Bro. Mullins lined up other people whom also came to help out with our building addition. We got the addition all framed in & in the dry, as the Lord provides we will continue to work on the rooms. This will give us 3 more Sunday School Classes. The Mullins family sang during the church services, which was a blessing to our hearts. We are very thankful for these who came to help us out in the building project. This past week we had Dr. Allen Barker & his wife with us for a missions conference. Dr. Barker preached some great messages & sister Barker sang each service. It was a wonderful meeting, an encouragement to our hearts & also to the church people. I know missions is the heartbeat of God, every soul is important to God. I am so thankful that He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. Glory to His Name. We as God’s people should be more soul conscious every day.

Family
The family is fine. Since our last letter, the rainy season for Az moved in & brought us much needed rain. We were so thankful for the rain. The garden done great this year. Sandy canned a lot this year and still canning some fall produce. We just had a hard freeze on Sat. N. dropping in the 20’s. So winter is just around the corner. Michelle has started her new home school year, she is in the 11th & has a full load this year. We do want to thank each of you for all your many prayers for us and for the ministry here in Arizona. We appreciate your faithfulness in supporting the ministry. Continue to pray for the Quintana family. Special thanks for birthday cards sent to Michelle 8-23. Thank you for all your kindness.

Yours in Christ,
The Quintana Family
